AI AutoQA at the Coach Summit: Presenting to 80+ Enterprise Leaders

Showcasing AI-powered quality assurance to operations managers, coaches, and team leaders across two enterprise summits.

By Francisco Cucullu · AI Product Leader

I presented AI AutoQA, the AI product I lead, at two enterprise Coach Summits: one in Barcelona with 22 attendees and one in Seville with approximately 60 attendees. The audience included Operations Managers, Coaches, QA Analysts, Team Leaders, and Learning Specialists.

These summits are internal enterprise events focused on recognizing and empowering the leadership roles that directly support agent performance and wellbeing. Presenting AI AutoQA in this context meant demonstrating how AI can augment human judgment rather than replace it. The product analyzes customer interactions at scale, identifies coaching opportunities, and surfaces actionable insights that help leaders do their jobs more effectively.

The Barcelona session was more intimate, which allowed for deeper Q&A and hands-on discussion about specific use cases. The Seville event was larger and more formal, with a keynote-style presentation that required a different communication approach. Adapting the same message to different audience sizes and formats is a skill that gets sharper with practice.

What stood out most was the engagement from the audience. These are people who work directly with agents every day. They understand quality assurance deeply and have strong opinions about what works and what does not. Their feedback was direct, specific, and immediately useful for product development.

Presenting to enterprise users who will actually use your product is fundamentally different from pitching to investors. The questions are harder, the expectations are higher, and the feedback is more honest.
